We often know what we want to change, but something gets in the way of us actually making and sustaining changes. In this Yoga Nidra we use a variety of techniques that can help us get unstuck - so that change is more likely to happen. And best of all, this all happens when we're deeply resting.
You don't need to do anything for Yoga Nidra, except lie down and listen to the guided meditation. You may find that you drift in and out of sleep, and this is perfectly OK.
