Our Online Book Club meets every 6 weeks to discuss a book based around wellbeing.
This time, we're talking about "15 Minutes to Happiness" by Richard Nicholls.
As well as meeting on 14th September 8-9pm on zoom, this month we have a group on our community page where we're discussing the exercises set in the book - giving us accountability to try them out.
