In this workshop we'll be turning towards the new season that we find ourselves in. We'll talk a little about how the energy of Spring helps us to lean into changes in our lifestyle, the things that are good to practice in Spring and how we can "detox" in different ways (physically / emotionally, etc).
We will have the chance for some mindfulness practices, centred on the energy of Spring.
