Study Group - Online

Join us for an online Study Group. This is where we take more time to read a book, meeting regularly to discuss what we've read (and perhaps to put the teachings into practice!).

We will be reading "Breath by Breath: The Liberating Practice of Insight Meditation" by Larry Rosenberg, with David Guy. We'll have 7 sessions to discuss the book fully, guidance will be given about which section to read before each session. We'll meet weekly to discuss the book.

Our study group starts on Monday 12th June 8.30-9.30pm, running until 24th July 2023.

The study group costs £40 to join (£32 for our online subscribers). If this is too much, we have some donation spaces. If you take one of these, I'll be in contact to let you know how to make payment.
