A short rest practice to help us to increase our motivation. Perhaps there's something that you want to change, or something you've been putting off. This practice helps us to visualise the result that we're looking for, and to start to move towards it. 

This is a deep relaxation practice - we'll have a quick chat before we start, then the invitation is to turn your camera off, lie down and get cosy. Many people fall asleep during the session, or doze a little - this is OK. There is an option to come back at the end for a short chat, but if it feels better not to you are welcome to slip away.

This session is being held by Susie. It's £5 to attend, or it's possible to make a donation if this is unaffordable. This session is free for those who subscribe to our online monthly membership.
