This is a deep relaxation practice, helping us to get ready for sleep. There is no movement required. The suggestion is to be as cosy and comfy as possible - people often join us from their beds, ready for sleep. You won't be brought back at the end of the session, so if you have drifted off, there's no need to worry about having to chat.
Research suggests that intentionally taking in small regular does of gratitude and joy can enrich and improve our connection to wellbeing. If this sounds like something that could be good for you, all you will need to do is tune in, settle down with a warm cosy blanket, listen to my voice and snuggle in to your own gratitude and joy.
