Join us for a 28 day Rest Challenge.
See if you can incorporate rest into your life on a daily basis, and see what difference this makes. Perhaps your energy levels improve, perhaps you are able to make some changes to your lifestyle, perhaps your physical health improves - who knows what the benefits will be - do you fancy joining us to find out?
We'll be starting our journey together on Sunday 12th June, and finishing on Sunday 10th July. Over the 28 days we'll have live sessions:
Every Sunday 7-8pm
Every Monday 12.30-12.45pm
The live sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot make it live you will be able to catch up.
You'll be supplied with 4 different recordings of Yoga Nidra to listen to in your own time. These will build from a short practice (around 15 minutes) to a longer practice (around 35 minutes). You'll also be supplied with a journal, and journaling prompts to record your progress and your journey.
Of course, you may not be able to make all of the live sessions, and over the 28 days there may be occasional days when you don't practice Yoga Nidra. Remember that this is OK - just get back on it the next day. Our commitment is to the intention to practice regularly, to witness the potential benefits.
The 28 day rest group costs £75 to join (£60 for our online subscribers). If this is too much, we have some donation spaces. If you take one of these, I'll be in contact to let you know how to make payment.
