Relaxing into Self-Love Yoga Nidra: If you came to the workshop on 15th February, bring with you the words you long to hear. We will use these in our Yoga nidra practice. Don't worry is you didn't attend this, we can help you to come up with some words before we go into the practice.
This deep relaxation practice will encourage us to welcome all aspects of ourselves, to open up to ourselves with love and forgiveness.
