Do you already have a mindfulness practice, which you’re looking to deepen into? Lyndsay Lunan is offering a 6 month Practice Group for those with an established mindfulness practice. This will involve monthly meetings held around different themes. Each session will include the chance to practice and to have some discussions around the theme. There will be a group established on the community forum for collaborations and discussions mid-month. Recordings of the sessions and practices will also be accessible here.

Lyndsay Lunan -

Lyndsay has been facilitating meditation and mindfulness for the last 12 years in a range of settings, secular and non-secular. She first began practicing meditation in a Buddhist context and since has learned within a number of wisdom traditions. Her commitment is to awareness practice as an experiential process, allowing every individual to come into a direct, non-conceptual and felt experience of life. She believes that this is a practice available to every person, regardless of background or belief, and she is inspired by meditation and mindfulness as a way of experiencing our full humanness and our innate inter-connection.
