Did you know that Perimenopause is linked to the transition between Summer and Autumn.

For some women perimenopause can cause many symptoms, but it also comes with an opportunity for self awareness and self care.

During this Moving Mindfully through YOUR Menopause workshop we will:

  • Share our experiences of Menopause (only if you wish)
  • Explore the stages of Menopause and how you can support yourself during the transition
  • Enjoy a yoga practice and pranayama (breathing) techniques specifically chosen to relieve some of the symptoms of menopause
  • Ending with a relaxing yoga nidra
  • Leaving you feeling nourished, nurtured and empowered as you journey towards your Second Spring.

This workshop will be held by Jen from Tranquility21 (www.tranquility21.co.uk), with a Yoga Nidra from Susie based around embracing change.

The workshop is being held on zoom on Sunday 25th September 10am-12pm. It's £25 to come along, £20 for Pause & Breathe or Tranquility 21 subscribers. There are also donation spaces if you would be otherwise unable to attend.
