Mindful Communication - 3-Week Course - Stirling

This 3-week course will focus on mindful communication - how we can bring a mindfulness focus into our relationships. If we practice mindfulness, what effects might there be on those around us? We look at mindful speech and deep listening, and consider how to bring these into our daily lives.


Our three weeks look like this:

Week 1 - Communication with Self - learning to listen to ourselves more deeply, which helps us to better connect with others

Week 2 - Deep Listening - listening is such a fundamental part of our communication with loved ones - but how often are we distracted, or trying to formulate our response? In this session, we learn to truly listen

Week 3 - Speaking Truly - when we speak from the heart we speak mindfully


The course is £30. Our Online Pause & Breathe Members get 10% off this price. Please don't let cost put you off, there are donation spaces if paying the full price is unaffordable.


This course is suitable both for beginners and experienced practitioners, although having some understanding of mindfulness will be useful.


You may wish to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and cushion for additional comfort, and bring along thicker socks or slippers as we will have our shoes off. People sometimes find a notebook helpful, for personal journaling.
