A two-hour Mindfulness Workshop focusing on letting go - which goes perfectly with the season of Autumn. When we tune into nature, it can help us to embrace change - rather than resisting it. Autumn teaches us about dropping our resistance to letting go.

We run a Mindfulness workshops every month in the Yoga Tree. During the two hours there will be some teaching, chance for discussions, mindfulness meditations and we end with a yoga nidra (deep relaxation) practice.

This session will be held on Saturday 15th October 10.30am-12.30pm. The cost is £20, but there are some spaces to attend on a donation basis. Please only take these spaces if you would be otherwise unable to attend.
