We have gained funding from the Safe Deposits Scotland Community Fund to hold a series of FREE Wellbeing Sessions on Friday mornings.

Our Friday Morning Wellbeing session this week will be a "Kundalini Yoga", held by Jenny from Yoga Links.

Join Jenny for 75 minutes of kundalini yoga - a comprehensive mix of movement, breath-work, mantra and relaxation. Kundalini yoga is an inward practice with the intention of releasing tension from the body and mind, and increasing vitality and awareness of self.

This class is suitable for all abilities, whether you can sit on the floor or prefer a chair, and all levels of experience. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you are warmly invited to join in this powerful practice of kundalini yoga.

Bring water, yoga mat, blanket, cushion/bolster, an open mind and an open heart

This session is being held on Friday 14th June from 10-11.45am. The session will be 75 minutes, followed by the chance to stay for a cuppa, biscuit and a chat.
