Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation and find out how mindfulness can be useful in our daily lives. The course will run Tuesday evenings, starting on Tuesday 13th April for 5 weeks from 7-8.15pm. The sessions will contain a variety of mindful practices, with some discussions about what mindfulness is, how it can be useful, and how to use it in everyday life. There will also be hand-outs attached to each session and some suggested audio practices to use at home.
The 5 sessions are as follows:
1. An Introduction to Mindfulness
2. Focusing on the Body
3. Calming the Mind
4. Working with Emotions
5. Compassion to Self and Others
The course costs £70 for the 5 weeks. Paying members receive a 10 or 20% reduction, dependent on membership level. Please note that if you attended our 5 Day course, there's a £10 reduction for you.
