Dru Yoga is one of the most effective antidotes for the stress of modern-day living. It’s gentle yet powerful postures and sequences help you to relax, re-energise and develop a calm, clear mind. It is perfectly suited to any age, state of health or fitness level.

As the leaves start to change their colour and slowly begin to fall, we may experience a shift in ourselves. Our energy begins to decrease and it’s a time to let go. In this session we will balance our mental, physical, and emotional health with grounding postures and breathwork. The aim is to leave you steady on your feet, able to sway like a tree in the wind, with the resilience of a warrior.

Margaret and her husband moved to Kilsyth from the Manchester area in 2014 to be near their daughter and her family. That same year Margaret began to train with Dru Yoga Scotland and qualified in 2016. She has experienced many schools of yoga, but Dru has been her mainstay since 2010. Margaret’s approach is down to earth, relaxed and encouraging.
