Core Strength Vinyasa yoga is a style focused on transition between poses with mindfulness to be kinder to your body and help you enter each pose in a way that works best for you.
Suitable for all levels, the classes are informal and fun, and designed to have you leave feeling empowered and present. It's a Vinyasa flow with heart and meaning woven in.
What to bring - blocks for adjustments, anything that makes you feel cosy and comfy in Savasana, a blanket, cosy socks.
You can book in for the 5-week block, or attend classes on a drop-in basis. This is the link for the full block. These classes will be run by Yoga with Audrey.
The block starts on Wednesday 28th February, running 7-8pm. There will be five weeks in this block, with a discount if you're attending all five.

Audrey will be your facilitator for these sessions. Audrey is a Mum (Teenage boy, a German Shepherd and a Ginger cat) Wife, Events Manager, and Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. She teaches yoga because it's helped her through tough times, and she wanted to share the empowering and calming beauty of CSV yoga with you, to help you find strength on and off the mat ??
