Community Wellbeing Sessions - Free to All

We are delighted to let you know that we have 2 Free Wellbeing Sessions coming to Larbert Library. These have been funded via Community Choices.


These sessions will be run by Susie from Pause & Breathe.


Both sessions are held in Larbert Library, on Tuesdays, from 10.30am-12.30pm. They include a break with a hot drink and snack. Our sessions look like this:

7th February What is mindfulness, and why is it useful? How to bring mindfulness into everyday life.

14th February: Mindfully attending to our bodies, and responding differently to thoughts and emotions.


It's possible to come along to just one, or to both. Everyone is welcome.
