Monthly sessions to focus on your wellbeing - for free!


We have secured funding from Community Choices to bring wellbeing directly to those who need it most. The aim of the sessions are to improve health and wellbeing. The sessions are open to everyone, and everything that we offer can be adapted to suit differing abilities.


All 4 sessions are bring held at Bonnybridge Community Centre, from 7-8pm. You can attend all four, or come to whichever suit you - all the sessions stand alone.


There are 4 sessions in the block, which look like this:

  • Session 1 - 21/07/22 - Facing into Self-Care: Susie and Lindsey - including Face Yoga and discussions and ideas about how to tune more into self-care
  • Session 2 - 18/08/22 - Soaking up Summer Vibrations - Susie & Lindsey - a Gong bath and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
  • Session 3 - 15/09/22 - Moving Beyond the Comfort Zone - Susie & Lindsey - Advanced Chair Yoga & discussions and practices to help us move out of our comfort zones
  • Session 4 - 20/10/22 - Qi Gong - Susie & Phil - an Introduction to Qi Gong - a Mindful Movement Practice.


The sessions are completely free. However, we have a limit on the numbers that can attend due to hall space, so please do come if you book in (or contact us to cancel). If you'd like to come with someone that's fab - but could you make sure that they book in too.

Susie - from Pause & Breathe - teaches mindfulness, self-compassion and rest


Lindsey - from Yoga-Nu-U - is a popular local yoga instructor and Yoga Tutor for the Yoga Scotland organisation.


Phil - from Pause & Breathe - teaches Qi Gong, meditation and is a Reiki Master.
