Monthly sessions to focus on your wellbeing - for free!

We have secured funding from Community Choices to bring wellbeing directly to those who need it most. The aim of the four week course is to improve health and wellbeing. The sessions are open to everyone, and everything that we offer can be adapted to suit differing abilities.

There are 4 sessions in the block, which look like this:

-Session 1 - 17th March - Grounding

-Session 2 - 21st April - Breath & Balance

-Session 3 - 19th May - Inner Wisdom

-Session 4 - 16th June - Reflections and Relaxation

The sessions are being held by two experienced practitioners: Susie Hooper from Pause & Breathe CIC and Lindsey Porter from YogaNuU. They will contain a mix of gentle yoga (including chair yoga), mindfulness, deep relaxation and sound experiences.

The sessions are completely free. However, we have a limit on the numbers that can attend due to hall space, so please do come if you book in (or contact us to cancel). If you'd like to come with someone that's fab - but could you make sure that they book in too.
