Join Susie, Joe & Louise for a Mindfulness Day Retreat. Perhaps you're interested in one of our residential retreats this year, and you'd like to see how a retreat feels. Throughout the day we'll be sharing different mindfulness practices, to really enable you to deepen into the here and now. We have sessions that focus on heart intelligence, sessions to help you rest, to connect, to experience joy. At the end of the day there's space to ask us questions about upcoming retreats, if this has sparked your interest. Should you book into any of our retreats, you get this ticket price off the price of the retreat.

We have a three-tiered price system for this day retreat - please pick the one that best suits your circumstances.

Sample schedule:

10-10.30am: Welcome

10.30 - 11.15am: We Add Heart session

11.15-11.30am - Break

11.30-12.15pm - Small Group Discussion

12.15-1pm - Singing from the Heart

1-2pm - Lunch

2-2.45pm - Listening Space

2.45-3.30pm - Deep Relaxation

3.30-4pm - Q+A / Close
