This is a course all about the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. He has written so many books, and taught so widely about mindfulness - this course aims to bring together some of his core teachings, helping us to bring mindfulness more into our daily lives.
This is a course that you work through at your own pace, it's been designed to be completed over a 6 month period, spending around an hour a week on each session. The topics covered are: Mindfulness; Mindfulness in Daily Life; Difficult Emotions / Suffering; True Happiness; Interbeing and Engaged Ethics.
