20:40 - 21:30. This 50-minute class will hit every part of the body, not just your core, with a combination of Pilates-based strength, flexibility and stability exercises. This men-only class is suitable for both beginners and improvers, as all exercises can be modified to suit your ability. The course runs for 6 weeks. NOTE *No class Tues 27th Sept*.
An exercise mat is provided for you. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in, and bring a drink of water.
