19:40 - 20:30. This 50-minute class will hit every part of the body, not just your core, with a combination of Pilates-based strength, flexibility and stability exercises. While all exercises can be modified to fit your individual needs, this class is most suited to those who have recent experience of Pilates and a good base level of fitness. The course runs for 6 weeks. *No class on Tues 27th Sept.*
