Yin Yoga, Sunday 3pm

A floor-based practice to improve bone and joint health, to regulate the body's flow of energy, to calm the body's nervous system, to decrease inflammation, and to boost stamina and immunity.


We use props to support the body and find our unique sweet spot in the pose that we can relax into and be still for the duration using time, gravity and our breath for the 3-6 minutes or more in the yoga posture. With these long and deep stretches we mildly stress (in a good way) the joints and fascia, allowing them to release tension.


This is a 75min Class and the sauna will be lit after for some extra deep relaxation.
