Yin Yoga, Saturday 5pm

Yin Yoga is a floor-based practice which has been shown to improve bone and joint health, to regulate the body's flow of energy, to calm the body's nervous system which decreases inflammation, and to boost stamina and immunity.


We use props to support the body and find our unique sweet spot in the pose that we can relax into and be still for the duration using time, gravity and of course our breath for the 3-6 minute hold in the yoga posture. With these long and deep stretches we mildly stress (in a good way) the joints and fascia, allowing them to release tension.
