Every Wednesday morning, Sarah O'Brien will offer a 60 minute Kundalini yoga class followed by a 30 minute detox program [link to book detox program separately] on how to specifically tend to your bodies needs in this season of change.


Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice, awakening and connecting us to the vibrant energies that both surround and exist within us through breath work, asana (yoga postures), mantra chanting and meditation. This practice invigorates energy in the body to move upward, from the base of the spine, inviting renewed power, intuition and joy.
