The class is for both mum and baby
For Mum
• suitable from 6wks postpartum vaginal birth or 10wks post cesarean birth.
• You will connect to your breath, restore the pelvic floor, gently stretch upper and lower back, shoulders and build core strength.
• Have fun and bond with your baby while exercising safely
• A great chance to meet new mums in your area too.
For Baby
• suitable from 6 weeks to crawling at speed
• lots of fun, stretching, strengthening & learning for baby
• can help to enhance baby’s digestive, immune, nervous, muscular and circulatory system
• interactive singing nursery rhymes, gentle baby massage and alignment exercises inc some yoga alongside mum.
• the classes are baby-led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed throughout the class
