Pilates - Beginners and Improvers

This class caters for all levels including complete beginners to those who have done Pilates before. Modifications and progressions will be provided throughout to enable you to tailor each movement to suit you. Grab your mat and join me in this full body conditioning class which focuses on building strength, flexibility, mobility and stability. You can expect to improve on full body strength, build endurance and reduce weaknesses in a safe and enjoyable way.

This class is not suitable for pregnant clients.
