Yinto the Heart Space
A two hour workshop using intention setting, meditation, breathwork, journalling and yin yoga to connect to the heart chakra
Yin yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice. Floor based poses are held for several minutes targeting a specific part of the body. Rebound between the poses creates space for integration, clarity and stillness.
Practice will finish with a relaxing savasana and time for journslling, tea and chats.
The answers we seek in our hearts can only cone in stillness.
Connecting to Anahata, the heart chakra, helps to balance our emotions, cultivate a deeper sense of self awareness and help foster meaningful relationships with others.
