As we ease into Springtime and transition from Winter, give yourself time and space to move from one season to another. Watch mother nature slowly come to life after Winter, see the buds quietly emerging as new life begins another cycle. Every time we roll out our meets and come to our yoga practice we give ourselves a chance to start again, to relax and to breathe.

No yoga experience required. All props provided, just bring an extra blanket for maximum comfort and warmth and your own mat if you wish.
