Pregnancy yoga is a space for you to feel supported and held on your journey through pregnancy to motherhood.
A place for you to come and relax, move with your breath, gently stretch to find more space in your body and mind.
Class will inlcude gentle warm ups, poses for buildling strength in legs and back, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises, stretches for releiving tension in neck, shoulders, back and hips.
Suitable from 14 weeks up to birth. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Noeleen is a mother of 3 and has been teaching yoga for 10 years and has a post graduate qualification in Pregnancy Yoga. Trained in menstrual cycle awareness and women's circle facilitation, Noeleen is passionate about working with women through all phases of life.
