Yin yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice.
Floor based poses are held for several minutes targeting a specific part of the body and meridian.
Rebound between the poses creates space for integration, clarity and stillness.
Practice will finish with a relaxing savasana and time for journaling and herbal tea.
