Embodied Yin Yoga

Embodied Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle somatic practice. A guided exploration of movement in the body using long holds whilst supported by props such as cushions. On a mental level we work on dropping the mind into the body to tune into its innate intelligence. On a physical level we open tightly knotted fascia muscle. And, on an emotional level we allow ourselves time to create space to process and let go of that which we don't need any more. Suitable for all levels.
