This is a mixed level Anusara yoga course with a mix of flow & alignment-based practices to build flexibility, strength & freedom in your body.

Anusara Yoga is a powerful method of Hatha yoga which integrates the biomechanical principles of alignment with the celebration of the heart and spirit. This makes for a class that is strong, graceful and lots of fun!

Please bring along your yoga mat and any props you may have and a cozy blanket for Savasana. There are blocks and straps available in the studio. I look forward to welcoming you to my class!
