Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. This week there is two 30 minute express Pilates classes. The first class is a seated stretching and mobility class. Perfect to do at your desk to reverse the effects of sitting all day. It can also be used as a warm up to the second class. No equipment other than a seat required for it. The second class is an express all over core and body workout. I have given modifications in it to make it as hard or as easy as you wish. What you will need is two hand towels which will act as sliders and light weights / bottles of water and your mat. With the modifications, suitable for most levels.
