Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. This week there is two 30 minute express Pilates classes. They can be used individually for a quick balanced body workout or put them together for a full hour session. You just need a mat and towel for your head. In the arms class you need a theraband and optional light weights. In the stretching class you will need a tennis ball/rolling pin. The first class will focuses more on arm and upper body strengthening and the second class will focus more on stretching especially the feet, legs, hips and arms. More suitable for those who have done some beginners classes already for the arms and upper body class and suitable for all levels for the second stretching class.
