Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. This week there are two classes. The first class you need no equipment. This is a 40 minute fast paced athletic workout to get the heart rate up and high intensity to work the whole body. There are modifications given throughout to suit different abilities. The second class is a 20 minute foam roller class to stretch and release the body. You need a foam roller for this. If you don't have one you can use a rolled up towel for some exercises and a large full bottle of &7-Up for example for other exercises. With the modifications, suitable for most levels.
