Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. This week there is two 30 minute express Pilates classes. They can be used individually for a quick balanced body workout or put them together for a full hour session. You just need a mat and towel for your head. The first class will focuses more on core and the second class will focus more on legs, hips and gluts. More suitable for those who have done some beginners classes already and are familiar with the exercises. If you haven't attended live classes with Niamh please contact me to ensure suitability.
