Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. This week there is two 30 minute express Pilates classes. The first class you need no equipment. We use timing to make the beginners exercises really work your core muscles. Full body workout. The second class is an express all over core and body workout. This time we use the theraband to make the beginners exercises more challenging and work your muscles. I have given modifications in it to make it as hard or as easy as you wish..
