Mixed abilities Matwork Pilates class. There are two matwork classes and no equipment needed. The first class is a 33 minute class focusing on shoulder strength. It also works on the obliques abdominal muscles with side-bend and twisting movements to work your waist muscles and a full body workout . The second class is a 31 minute class focusing on the hips flexibility and strength. While each exercise on their own are relatively easy, put them all together to feel the the gluts burn!
