Yoga for all levels and abilities in the comfort of your own home! If getting to classes doesn’t work for you due to childcare or location you can now join us online via zoom .. all you need is a place to spread your mat.


I welcome all levels and abilities at my classes offering variations and meeting individual needs.


This one hour weekly session over 6 weeks will help you build strength and flexibility with a physical practice, find clarity and balance with breathing techniques and deep relaxation with guided meditations.


All classes are recorded and available on demand following the live sessions
