Prenatal Pilates (50mins)

This class is specially designed with the pregnant body in mind. So, if you are cleared for exercise by your doctor then this is the class for you. We will keep you moving through your pregnancy with the use of equipment, modifications and props. Exercises are chosen and the focus is on breath and stability, balance and support, connection and concentration.


If you have never done Pilates or have an injury and are pregnant, one-to-one classes are recommended.
