Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is where we hold the poses for longer periods of time.

We hold for time as it helps us move deeper into the body, beyond the muscle into the connective tissue, joints and ligaments.

We hydrate the tissue allowing them to release any tightness caused from previous injuries or scar tissue.


You may gain an emotional release through Yin as we store our emotions in the body.
