Mindful Friday

This class is all about relaxation. We will explore different techniques of breath work to help us become present and calm the nervous system, moving into a soothing restorative flow, allowing your physical and mental body to become to a relaxed state. This then sets you up to begin guided mediation, present and still. Gaining the most from this practice.


You will leave class feeling at one with yourself and ready for a restful nights sleep.
