This class is to welcome you to the principles of yoga.
I will be Keeping yoga to its tradition. So you can expect Breathwork, mantas, and movement with the aim to prepare your body to be able to sit in meditation.
The yoga you will come to learn in this class will help with flexibility, strength and stability.
This course is over 7 weeks.
You will have a weekly `in-person class held at the old boys school in B-L-S on Tuesdays 6.15-7.15pm
You will have 1 recording of a class one week while the instructor is away.
You will have a weekly meditation class held online via zoom on Mondays 7-7.45pm
You will be invited to join a supportive private Facebook group, where you can share your experiences and ask any questions and feel the connection with your peers from the group.
