A 6 week course to help you develop inner and outer strength through your yoga practice. 


Each 1 hour session will include meditation and breathing techniques, in addition to a strong movement sequence to help develop both mental and physical strength. You will learn exercises and techniques that you can take with you to help you feel better both on and off your mat.


Anyone who wants to build strength in a compassionate and holistic way is welcome on this course. Modifications will be given to suit different levels and you will be encouraged to listen to your body throughout the sessions.


The course is about the mind and body in equal measure, so my aim is to leave you feeling physically energised and mentally calm. For more information please get in touch.
