This afternoon is all about slowing down and delving into some quality ‘me time’. The session will start with a short yoga flow to move stagnant energy within the body, before welcoming some stillness in a guided breathwork and meditation session. We will end with a relaxing yin yoga sequence to help you really connect to your internal awareness and find space in both the mind and body.
