Join us at the beautiful ‘Retreat – New Forest’ for a full day of Spring-Inspired yoga and meditation and enjoy a plant-based lunch at the wonderful ‘Crow Spotter Café’.
Spend your morning reenergising the body with a detoxing Yoga and Tai Chi flow, your afternoon reawakening your senses with Gentle Yoga and Yin yoga combined, and finish your day with a relaxing Yoga Nidra Meditation.
We will also be joined by the lovely Shelley, a breath work facilitator - who will bring us a truly transformational 'conscious, connected breath' workshop!
