Join us for a morning of yoga flow, yin yoga and gentle tai chi movements. Move through a balancing blend of yoga styles to feel strong and energised, while getting the rest and calm that your mind and body so well deserve.
This mini retreat morning will begin with warming yoga and tai chi flow to get the energy flowing and end with slower yin yoga and yoga nidra meditation to create a sense of ease.
We need both Yin and Yang elements to create balance in our practice, working with these opposing forces can help you feel focussed in the flow and grounded in the stillness.
