Explore a balancing blend of both vinyasa and yin yoga styles in one very special retreat day in this beautiful forest location 'The Retreat New Forest'.
During this Yin & Yang retreat day, we will discover the power that these opposing energies have on our yoga practice and our daily lives. Through a contrast of energising flows, gentle stretching and guided meditation we will discover true harmony and balance.
A delicious plant-based lunch, teas and treats will be provided by our friends at the Crowspotter café, you’ll also have the chance to enjoy an outdoor sauna and cold water shower experience, take a beautiful forest walk or just relax with your favourite book.
